Kawaii Pure and Natural Insert types??

I've decided to start using P&N when my twins come in January, but I was wondering if anyone had any input on the types of inserts I should opt for: microfiber, bamboo, or bamboo charcoal?  I am a new mom and new to cloth diapering and would appreciate any feedback if you've had experience with these inserts.
