Bed bug spray?

So I live in a house with quite a few other women where it is required that the house gets sprayed weekly for bedbugs. But they SPRAY MY MATRESS.. Anybody else think this could be unhealthy for the baby?

Are they using chemical or heat? Generally they should give you an amount of time to be away that it is safe to be around after that if it is chemical.

I manage an apt building and I've asked our bug guys if the chemical is safe for pregnant women. They said yes just stay out of the apt for the first 2 hours.
