Anyone struggling to lose baby weight? I need to lose 10kg or 22 lbs to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I exclusively breastfeed and have started exercising properly over the last few weeks. I am an emotional eater and find it so hard to not graze being home all day (worked full time up until having baby). I used to eat loads of veges and salad but during pregnancy the thought of these foods were totally not appealing and they still don't appeal to me. It's like my tastebuds have changed and I now have a palate of a 5 year old. I also struggle with eating meat, I don't enjoy it like I used to. I have been on weight watchers etc before and succeeded. I know how to lose weight but am just really struggling this time. Anyone in the same boat?? How are you going about losing the weight?
