Trigger shot?

I am 6dp5dt and have been cramping since yesterday. I had to POAS and it was positive...what? Last time I got a faint positive 6dp3dt with twins. We lost them at 10 weeks, we think to a clot. Last time I tested out the trigger, but this time I was trying to be good until I cracked today. Do you think I can be confident it isnt the trigger? It isnt super faint or super dark. Darker than the day 6 last time...Any thoughts appreciated.
