TTC after Mirena IUD and with PCOS

I've heard absolute horror stories from the mirena. I had it in for 18 months without any complications. My husband and I have now decided we are TTC. My dr told me when I got my IUD implant I had PCOS. EVERYTHING I read made me feel like I'd never conceive. I've also had a miscarriage in 2012. It's only been two months of trying. (I don't know how to check for ovulation since I'm irregular due to pcos) And honestly, I'm overwhelmed. I want to set up an appointment with an OBGYN since mine unfortunately stopped doing OB. Any suggestions? First time posting.... Nervous about that too!!!!

I have PCOS and Endo. And what I would say is find a new OB-GYN and talk to them about it. The place that I go has many people in their practice. And if the OB cant help you you can ask to see  RE who is a specialist.. Hope that this helps. But I would deff go and see about getting help.
