Using bleach around newborn?

My DH cleaned the bathtub with bleach before giving our LO a bath. I got concerned about the fumes bothering her or being too harsh on her skin if the tub wasn't rinsed well enough, but I have no idea if it would actually harm her or not. Anyone know? (He bathed her in the sink just in case.)

    I would take a few showers in there myself to "flush" any remnants of bleach out and then it should probably be fine...I think if you can still smell it then that could cause problems for baby.
