Bicornial uterus

I have a bicornial uterus, had my first child at 33 weeks and currently pregnant again.  Has anyone with Bicornial uterus taken Makena?  If so, did it work?

i have didelphys. 1st prom at 33 weeks delivered at 34 

2nd at 32 on Makena 
3rd  delivered at 34 weeks with possible prom on Makena 

studies are showing the shots don’t work

my MFM has suggested vaginal progesterone this go but I’m not sure if the studies truly support
it.
