For the past 6 weeks I haven't been sleeping well or at all. 2 weeks ago my doctor told me to try unisom, and it works. I get good restful sleep. I don't want to take it everyday, but when I don't I can't fall asleep. I have been up for 21 hours. My body is tired, but my brain just won't stop. It's is 4:30 am where I live, and I cant take it now because I have to be awake at 6 to get my oldest ready for school. Any advice on sleeping better?
Re: I can't sleep without unisom
For me personally, I have downloaded a hypnobirthing album to my iTunes and I have been listening to a relaxation track through earphones as I fall asleep. It's well worth a try - I've been having the best sleep I've had for a while.
I hope you can get some rest soon.
