My sweatiness (is that a word)

I am burning up all the time. Even while I'm in the pool. I feel sweaty and gross all the time! If I sit in a hard plastic chair (like at school conference, my son's speech appt) there is a sweaty ass imprint left behind when I stand. It's a serious problem. Ugh! I'm not alone right? I got overheated in my other pregnancies just not sweaty. I'm considering whole body antiperspirant.

  • We were at meet the teacher for my son tonight. Another parent and the teacher were talking about how chilly it was in the room and I was over there sweating to death!

  • Lol! Gross yes but same here. Damp panties are the norm for me nowadays. My feet get so sweaty when I walk across my hard floors I'm afraid of slipping and falling. No one should sweat like this.
  • Yes, I live in TX (read: HOT 24/7) and I now choose clothing based on how sweat stains show up. I took off a pair of light gray shorts a little while back and was appalled to see the entirely darkened crotch area, front to back.
  • Swamp ass is my life currently (see my wtf Wednesday lol) and it's actually been cooler here this week. It's gonna warm up again and I am so screwed.
  • Don't all these awesome symptoms below the waist make you feel like super sexy lol. I don't know what makes me feel worse for DH truly, a sweaty butt and all the other things going on or me not wanting to have sex ...
  • So sweaty all day everyday.. all night every night.. doesn't help living in AZ where it hasn't been below 100 for who knows how long...

This is my first time being in my third trimester during summer and the heat is a serious problem!
  • You're definitely not alone! It's ridiculous and I don't see any break from our hot Florida weather before October! :( so gross!

Wet undies 24/7 and its so so gross! I don't mind the boob sweat or armpit sweat but the crotch sweat is the worst! And when my tsunami thighs get sweaty and sweat actually literally starts running and dripping down my legs I just don't even know how to handle it :(
  • I live in AZ. The sweating never stops. I sweat in places I wouldn't normally sweat after an intense work out. Shoot I get sweaty walking from my front door to my car. It's awful here! I have a constant sweat band above and below my bump. Not my fave!
  • Lol I am with you ladies. I feel like my baby is a little furnace I am so hot alllll the time. My co-workers actually use space heaters in the office because the AC is turned so low but I am hot even in a sleeveless dress at work.
Oh and the crotch sweat, don't get me started. I have had an ongoing problem with jock itch for six weeks now!!!! Tried so many different meds and the itching is finally gone but the heat rash comes back very easily. Yesterday my doc actually said I should give up worrying about it and that maybe cooler weather in September will bring relief otherwise it will go away when the baby is born! Super!
  • Totally agree!!!!! I can't take it!!! I have sweaty undies, I have heat rash from my undies, and everything else is swollen bc it itches so bad. I sleep commando and that doesn't even help anymore. I've tried everything and at work is the worse. I come home from work and strip down. lol I wish I had my house to myself bc I so would walk around naked! With no shame at all
  • I have baby powder on the dresser in the nursery for when LO gets here.  Totally stole it to use down there and it felt soooo much better!!!!  It was so itchy and sweaty but the baby powder felt so nice (and smells good).
  • Sweatiness is the WORST. If I wear flats, my feet get so soaked, I don't even recognize them! I don't think I've EVER felt my body this slimy in my life.

  • I look HORRIBLE when I arrive to my train in the morning, especially since there is no air or ventilation under ground. The other day I was wearing a sun dress and had sweat running down my face, and this girl next to me had on jeans and A FREAKING BLAZER and was perfectly put together. Grrr....

omg this is me! i actually said to my doc when i get home i can't wait to take off my underwear and i wish i could walk around naked... she was like, yeah, welcome to being 34 weeks pregnant in august and carrying an extra 25 lbs... but i think she thought i was crazy lol.
  • Same here! The last week or so has been the worst! I've been using baby powder on everything and it does provide some relief. I even broke down and put deodorant on my thighs and under my belly. It actually helped with the gross, wet feeling, but my undies were still soaked at the end of my work day. Wearing panty hose has helped me when I wear dresses. I've found that although my temperature feels warmer, my legs don't get heat rash from rubbing together and my feet aren't as sweaty in my heels. I like Hanes absolutely ultra sheer.
  • I have the same problem I was sweating so bad I had gotten a yeast rash on my inner thighs had to use lotromin to have it go away. Advice from the dr and it took a week but it is finally gone!! I now use deodorant on my legs helps with the sweating. Also doesn't help that its 100 degrees everyday in TX!!

  • So much sweat! It's embarrassing when people want to shake hands and they are dripping with sweat! I too can relate to the sweaty wet undies, so much for spontinaety huh!
