Im 36 weeks and three days pregnant i think i just lost my mucus plug but i have no type of pain im a ftm and i dont know what to do any help please ?

Call the hospital / Dr and see if they suggest you coming in?

You're fine. You can lose your plug anytime and it can even regenerate. It doesn't mean anything. Your labor could start tomorrow or a month from now.

I called my ob and she told me to wait and see if i get contractions but im just freaking out im having cramps nd really bad back pain that comes nd gos

Losing your plug is literally NBD. It can regenerate and you can lose it multiple times until labor. It's also not an indication that anything is going to happen. With my last two pregnancies I lost my plus several times starting around 30 weeks. Ended up with 1 baby going past due, and the other was born at 39 weeks because I was induced.

Um, that sounds like contractions. Better time them. Lay down and drink water, see if they stop. If it keeps up, call again
