Pelvic Pain :(

I just entered into my 3rd trimester and I have started to experience some really bad pelvic pain. It feels like someone has literally hit my pelvic bone with a hammer and left a deep bruise. It makes it very hard for me to do anything including walk. I will be visiting my doctor this week, I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced the same thing and if anyone had any suggestions on how to ease the pain. Any advise is helpful. TIA!

Unfortunately that sounds like normal pregnancy discomfort. I experienced it earlier and earlier with each pregnancy. Just try to relax with your feet up any chance you get.

ETA soaking in a bath with lavender Epsom salt always helps me with pregnant aches and pains.

Ugh it's so normal, I've been dealing with this as well, try sleeping with a pillow between your legs at night, and avoid any twisting or turning !
