Intro: TTC after 3 losses (children mentioned)

Hi everyone,

I've lurked a bit and wanted to introduce myself. I just had my third loss at 14 weeks in july. I have three kids 8, 6 and 19 months with two early losses between my second and third dc. So even though it's been 4 1/2 years, 3 out of my last 4 pregnancies have ended in miscarriage. After my d&c the baby was tested and results show she was chromosomally normal. I'm waiting on blood test results- thyroid, blood clotting, etc. My dr is stumped as to why I've had 3 successful pregnancies and now 3 losses. I'm also getting an appt next week to check my uterus. 

Anyone else go through these tests as well? Did you get answers as to the cause of rpl? I'm really anxious to ttc again, but obviously terrified.

I'm sorry for your losses.  I've never gone through RPL testing but have friends that have.  In a lot of cases it was an autoimmune issue or blood clotting disorder.  I hope they can find an easy answer for you!

Hello, I am so sorry for your losses. I had a reason for my loss (car accident) but still had all the tests done to rule out other possible causes. Nothing came back so we're 99% sure it was the accident.

I have a beautiful 6 yr old son and we tried for years to have him. Now we have been trying for 4.5 to have another and I have had 3 losses in a years span. My dr is baffled. Clotting, thyroid, chromosome, US, every test has come back normal. I'm now on letrozole to time my cycles since I have pcos and progesterone on cd17 but it's hard to not have answers!!! I pray you get some!
