Facebook Group - Lets Discuss

Hi All

I noticed that some of the other boards started separate FB groups for those that want to develop closer friendships and such with the members of the board.  Im not suggesting that we do that or even offering to set one up but I thought its at least worth discussing as I am torn myself.  does anyone have experience from one of these on another board?  Any thoughts???

I am a member of a Facebook group that was set up by my birth club board with my oldest child and we are still a very active group 3 years later.

I'm up for it! Especially since my stupid app never lets me post photos. It would just have to be a closed group for privacy and safety, imo.

so i've set the group up - it's called "The Bump - May 2015". It's a closed group, so if you search for it you can send a request to join and I can add you. Alternatively you can privately send me your email and I can add you that way.

If anyone else wants to be group admin, then just let me know!

Lol I'm confused too.. I feel like for now I'll still post most things on here except pictures/articles. I'm sure eventually as our LOs get older this board will die down. That's when I'll be glad we have the fb group.

It's a great idea! We did the same thing with my son's online board and we are a close knit group 10 years later! We have also had meet ups and group trips to Vegas, Boston and NYC
