Leopard like spots on lower back... Worried?

I have leopard like red spots on my lower back. They don't itch, aren't raised, and I honestly wouldn't have known they were there if it weren't for my husband. I am 30 weeks and everything else about my pregnancy has been perfect. I've never heard of this kind of pregnancy skin issue before so I'm not sure if it's related and/or if I should be worried. Anyone else seen this or been there? Should I be rushing to the dr? Help!

I would play it safe and call your doctor. Hope it clears up soon!

I have something like those on my inner thighs, they've grown since the beginning of my pregnancy. My doctor says it's nothing to be concerned with, it's most likely just from friction. But thats my own doctor, follow your gut mama.
