Pain in the butt....

After delivery I developed horrible hemeroids...I have been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol, using the creams, tuck's pads, and have a suppository that the Dr gave me...I was feeling some relief until I had to for to the bathroom this morning....does anyone have any other suggestions. ..it is so pain full and having a hard time sitting....

If you have a boppy, I would recommend sitting on that when your not using it. Also, as many posts have talked about before, the squatty potty is amazing!! It won't help w hemmroids now but can def help prevent more or worsening! Sorry I don't have any better advice! Good luck n hope they heal soon!

I'm sorry! All I can think of is lots of water and high fiber diet. Hope you get some relief soon!

Stool softener pills everyday! Also try to minimize sitting up, either sit on sideways on your hip or lay down to relieve the pressure to that area

Whenever I go I do not "push" I try to relax and let it come on it's own. I try to squat as much as possible instead of sitting on the toilet so it is easier, but even with that it irritated the existing condition. .. :-S just trying to figure out how to be more comfortable while they are healing. I just hope that it does healthy quickly. Thanks for all the advice.
