Hello ladies! My name is Mackenzie and my DH husband and I have been trying for a family for the last year. Although we have not gotten that far. I was diagnosed with PCOS and stage 2 Endo when I was about 17. My periods would either not come or they would come every two weeks. So when I finally went in they did ultra sounds and to this day I have had two out patient procedures to have my ovaries cleaned off. That being said I have been reading up more and more about PCOS and am trying to watch my diet and make sure that I am still working out because I do know that can help. I have been taking a prenatal as well. I go back for my yearly in a few weeks and plan to talk to my OB about my options. I have had to use Provera a few times to get a jump start. And lately my cycles have been about every 34 days. Needless to say this month I am late and I got a BFN. Which is hard for me because it seems like everyone around me is getting pregnant. I want to get into temping as well. I was just hoping to get a good cycle so that I can start. Or should I just start temping now? I also have been using Glow and Fertility Friend. However since my cycles going longer Fertility friend thinks that I am fertile next week. It just keeps moving the longer that I don't start. I also have tried using a ovulation kit but hey their expensive and all I keep getting are negatives. And my husband doesn't like I keep buying them. LOL( he's frugal) Are there any natural things that you guys have tried that you think seemed to help you get regular or anything? I have seen everything from supplements you can buy online, to that box you can order with pregnancy sticks that say you can get pregnant in two months. I can't imagine that those would work. So I figured I would look her for support and advice and see if you ladies had anything to recommend to try.

Re: PCOS & Endo TTC
Start temping now. If you are irregular, there is no good cycle to start on. It's all about building a habit. I highly recommend reading Taking control of your fertility. It goes in depth about charting and monitoring your fertile signs. For OPK I use wondfo, and they are cheap.
Try to get your doctor to refer you to an RE. Since you have both PCOS and endo, you'd be in better hands with an RE than an OB.
everyone is very supportive here! Good luck with your yearly and I hope you are able to start seeing an RE!
