Negative pregnancy test

hi group. I miscarried naturally on Friday 8/14 at 10.4 weeks. The baby had stopped growing at 8.5w but I was on progesterone supplements so that's why it may have been delayed. I took a HPT today 8/17 and it was negative. Is it possible for levels to drop this quickly. Everywhere else I have read it took people longer for the hcg levels to lower.

    It depends a little on when baby actually stopped growing - but you're 2 weeks out technically since it stopped at 8w5d so that sounds appropriate to me. If you're worried you could always call your doctor to make sure.

    Hmm that seems fast.. I lost baby at 9 weeks stopped growing at 8 weeks & took me 2 weeks to drop
