When can I start TTC?

Hello girls.
I miscarried naturally at 10 weeks.
I have since had a very long, but very early period. Came the day it would've been due but only 7 days post MC bleeding.
Followed advice of the EPU and took a HPT to confirm negative and that it is period, test was negative.
When can I safely start to try again?
I just hear so much conflicting advice that I don't know what to do but I desperately want to be pregnant again and have my rainbow baby x

I finally had my negative test during the week and the nurse at epu said fantastic the body has healed itself etc so good to start trying as soon as my period has been, she did mention could even try before but for dating it's better to wait! Hope you get your bfp soon Hun x

Oh fab. I'm still bleeding. I'm on day 18! It's definitely getting lighter and lighter.
