Both DH and I conveniently have lion costumes from when we were teenagers that still fit us. I am 100% going to be looking for a lion cub costume for DS so we can all dress up together. We won't actually go trick-or-treating but we will take pictures and stop at the grandparents house. It's nice halloween is a Saturday this year so DH will be home during the day to do that.
I have noooo idea!!! I am very indecisive, guess I should figure it out.
On another note on this topic, how many of you are planning to take LO trick or treating? (Obviously I assume STMs probably will)
DH and I will just dress her up and have her sit with us to pass out candy, but the library is doing a halloween story time in the morning and since our library is part of the township building, after the storytime parents take their LOs around the building to the different borough offices to trick or treat. I'll probably do that just since it's a group activity and to show her off... and to justify the costume a bit!
I'm pretty sure we decided to dress him as a ninja turtle and we were gonna dress up as well and give our dog a ribbon the color of the remaining turtle just for fun. (We decided this because when he was just a couple weeks old he reminded us of a turtle!!)
I have two older kids that I'll be taking trick or treating. Our lo will probably be in the carrier so you wouldn't see the costume if I put one on him. I have an adorable crochet monster hat that I'll probably use.
DD is going to be a mermaid. Saw the costume on Etsy and I about died. I may take her to the school my mom works at to show her off during their parade but won't be trick or treating.
LO will be an elephant. It's her nursery theme and conveniently it was the costume her sister also wore so we're just reusing it. I didn't want to have them wear the same thing for Halloween but since it's her nursery theme we're going to. We won't make her use her sisters hand me down costumes every year though, just this once
I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding that day so we'll have her in something formal (HA). BUT I do that this super adorable giraffe costume that I'm dying to get her in so early AM before I leave we'll put her in that and take pics. Next year though we're doing Popeye, Olive Oyl and Swee'Pea which I'm super excited for.
Assuming he still fits this outfit by Halloween (I have my doubts), he will wear a ninja turtle onesie and a red or purple bandana so that he can still be "dressed up" in his car seat. Then I am not sure what actual costume he will have. I kinda like the lion but it's all SO CUTE!
I bought a carters onesise and pants of a black cat. I have to work that day so just a little something. Maybe next year we can get her something better.

So funny! DH calls our girl his little turtle... he's always said she looks like one. Guess it has to do with the big toothless grins she gave while sleeping!
We are gonna either be Bonnie and Clyde and he's gonna be a little money sack, or I'm gonna be Misty from Pokemon, DH is Ash, and baby is either togepi or pikachu lol
LO is going to be an astronaut and I am going to add some temporary decorations to his carrier to look like a rocket. We will be going trunk and treating with my 5 year old so he has to have a costume.
I work for the Disney Store. As soon as this came in last week, I decided we had to have it so she can be Cinderella. DH's office has a day where kids come out and trick or treat. I'll definitely be dressing her up to go show off at daddy's work!
This is what I'm doing for my twins... My nieces school has a little trick or treat type carnival and my church has a fall festival so they will get to wear them twice. They will be so cute. I'm excited.

DS and I are going to be Wayne and Dirk from Wayne's World. DS doesn't really care to dress up but Halloween is my favourite holiday and now that I have a little cutie to dress up I can't pass it up. Next year though I have my heart set on doing this. He will be Marty and I'm going to be Doc.
We still have the peapod costume from when DS was a baby, so we'll use that again. DS is crying in all of the pictures I have of him in it, so hopefully this time I'll get some happy pictures with DD!
H and I have dressed as Fry and Leela from Futurama in the past. I thought it would be awesome to dress little man as Nibbler. Don't know if I'll be willing to put that much effort into it though. A dragon (similar to a costume H wore as a baby) or monkey (bc babies in monkey suits are so dang cute) are the other contenders.
Neville long bottom for dad, Luna for me and a potted (carrier) mandrake for baby girl! HP nerds over here.
I love this so much!! DH wants to do something HP-related, so I'll have to mention the mandrake to him. I've seen adorable ones on Pinterest, but I completely forgot about it.

What do you ladies think of a skunk costume? My SIL said it was cruel but it's so stinking cute!! (Pun intended)
