i am 28 weeks today an have only had one ultrasound at 19 weeks the baby was moving to much to get any good measurements, I look an feel a lot further than they say I am. I was induced at 36 weeks with my 1st bcuz of low amniotic fluid. I'm having a lot of contractions but not anything like I need to go into the ER. I told this all to my new doc but how do I ask for him to check baby an make sure I'm not further along HELP ME please

At this stage it won't be easy to tell how far along you are because by third tri babies are all growing at different rates. The most accurate dating scans need to happen in the first tri, around 8 weeks is ideal.

BH contractions are very common in third tri...put your feet up and drink lots of water and they should stop. If they don't, call your doctor. I assume you'll have another scan later in the pregnancy since you had low fluid last time around.

Is it even possible that you're further along than you think? Is your current due date based on LMP? If so it's unlikely that you're further along...more likely to have ovulated late than early.

the doctor can tell the week pretty accurately if their good, find a good one in your area
