Hi ladies hope everyone's doing great. I really want my husband to come with me to find out the sex of our baby on Tuesday the 18, but his work schedule is crazy, so I might go with my mom or Sister in law. But I was wondering do I get the doc to write down the sex and Wait so my husband and I can open it together? He was with me when we found out the sex of our first baby, a little boy, and he was with me when we had our first MC, I really want this to be special this is our rainbow baby.

If he cannot make the appointment because of work, ask him what he would like as to how he would like to be told if he cannot make it.

Thanks. He's one of those people that say it doesn't really matter as long as there is a healthy baby. He want a boy I want a girl.

Okay so if he doesn't have a preference, just do whatever you want. Either find out yourself and tell him, or go with your idea to wait to find out together.

I would wait and have a special reveal later that day, at dinner maybe. My DH probably wouldn't mind either but I would want me and him to find out together.

You might be able to film that part on your phone. For our 20 week we told the tech we'd like to film baby moving, she asked us to wait til she got all her stuff done. We got a cute video of her moving and her heartbeat at the end. Maybe film a piece where tech points out the baby bits that indicate the sex.

When I had my ultrasound with DD, the tech said for legal purposes they cannot write down what it is due to it not being a 100% science. (Although 99.9 is PRETTY darn close... :P) Have fun with it tho! Congrats mama!
