Lily padz

has anyone tried the lily padz? I've gone from not dripping at all to waking up soaked through, and that's with overnight breast pads! Just wondering if anyone has tried them and if they highly reccomend or think it's best to save my money for something else.

I like them, they seem to help control how much I leak since they push on your nipples. But I have also noticed if I'm really engorged they still leak and its messier since none of the milk is contained so be ready with a towel or put on the lily padz then stick some disposables in there too.
