Hey ladies. I'm new to the forum and I've been trying very hard NOT to be online as much as I tend to read every article there is about infertility. Which made me crazy for a while. My husband and I had our first retrieval in July and the one embryo we had died on the 5th day. I got very depressed about it and I can't seem to get out of it. I know this is a hard and very emotional journey so I was wondering if there's anyone going through this journey live close to me? It would be nice to have tea or coffee and talk on top of sharing with everyone in this community. I'm in Pasadena to be exact. Thanks ladies.

Hi, I don't live in the area, but I did want to send you my condolences I know how hard this journey is.  I also want to wish you the best of luck and hope you find this group to be beneficial as well as finding friends going through this journey.

Hey, I live all the way in Australia but I've found a few of these type of forums which are very informative and helpful the women are really lovely. Does your IVF centre have a support forum or team you can tap into?

We went through IVF in May and got pregnant with twins, I just got to the 12 week mark and miscarried both so I understand the loss and hopelessness you feel. It is normal. Try to go outside for walks and keep your mind busy. We are trying again as soon as my body recovers from the day surgery. It's given me something to look forward to which helps as well. It's hard right now but don't give up!

@plumeria05 I am in the LA area.  No IVF so far, currently on round 2 of IUI.  Are you seeing a RE in Pasadena?

@babyexpress yes I'm going through IVF @ a Pasadena clinic. I did 2 rounds of IUI at Kaiser earlier this year but didn't work. This is round 2 IVF for us this month. My retrieval is this Friday. Where are you getting your IUI done at? @ chelsbum thank you for kind words. I'm sorry for your loss as well. We can't give up. I think I'm more relaxed now the second time around. My first one, I was a nervous wreck but not I know what to expect. Thanks ladies. Good luck to everyone.

HRC Fertility and I use MDR pharmacy for meds, they have great prices. Hoping for the best this time

Hey I'm there too. We probably ran into each other lol. Dr Kolb is my dr and I get my meds from Roxsan Pharmacy. Everytime I'm there everyone looks so stressed out. What's your next step?

I'm at the Encino location with Dr. B.

My next appt is 8/26 for trigger shot and setup IUI for next day. I'm currently on CD6.

I'm going through the second IVF. I started last month but no luck. My second retrieval is this Friday. I'm less stress this time around. I wish you the best. Would you like to exchange emails?
