How did you announce the gender?!

I have two boys (1 and 2) and we still don't know their gender. Probably won't be announcing it when we find out though, as that seems a little too personal for us to do.

However, when I was pregnant with them, we just announce their SEX through a fb post and told family members in person. It's fun to know what you're having but we've never seen it as a huge deal as we'd be happy with whatever sex organs our kids are born with.

I like the idea of dad's palms covered in pink or blue paint and placed on a white t-shirt on mom to announce the sex. I might do that.

Love the paint idea. With DD we had a reveal party with friends and family and did cake(It was beautiful! If my phone would let me upload pictures, I would share...) with pink M&M's inside.

We have our 2nd reveal on Sunday with just immediate family. And we will find out with a gift that my DD will open from grandma. Can't wait to find out!

(We never have found out @ ultrasound. Prefer to find out in an exciting manner- and Grandma's love having the secret before we do!)

We got the idea from the bump. We waited two weeks after finding out her sex and then made a video of us opening a box with a big question mark and releasing three pink balloons. My husband wore blue and i wore pink.

I hate the whole pink/blue thing but we didn't want to just come out and say it and it was the most universally visual colour choice.
