Hi ladies. I used to be on this religiously from 2009 to about 2012. I've been pg 5 times over the course of 15 years. Wow, that's crazy to say.... I had a 2001 MC, 2006 MC, 2009 24 wk stillbirth of my daughter Haleigh, 2012 live birth of my daughter Charley, and a MC last month. And well, we are back at it again. I'm 37 - so I have a tad bit of added risk. I look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully we will grad to PGAaL real soon.

    Hello, I'm 37 too. My first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage in March and d&e in April.

    TTC#1 since Jan 2015
    BFP 2/19/15  •  MMC found at 9 wks  •  D&E at 11 wks (age 36)
    BFP 8/29/15      •  CP (age 37)
    BFP 11/18/15  •  DD born at 41 weeks <3(age 37/38)

    TTC#2 since May 2017
    BFP 10/18/17  •  MMC found at 8 wks  •  Misoprostal at 10.5 wks (age 39)
    BFP 2/16/18      •  CP (age 39)
    BFP 4/13/18      •  CP (age 39)
    BFP 5/07/18  •  MMC found at 10.5 wks  •  D&E at 11.5 wks      •  Testing showed it was a girl with Trisomy 22. (age 39/40)
    9/5/18 Diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (4-5 follicles, one ovary had none and was very atrophied)
    RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.
    BFP 9/24/18  •      CP (age 40)
    BFP 5/11/19  •  Fraternal twins  •  MMC found at 10w5d (Baby A 6w, Baby B 10w)  •  Misoprostal at 11 weeks (age 41)

    Thanks, ladies. The site sure has changed since the last time I was here. Saying that,  I see “Humphrey” is still humping around. And that was and the baby elephant was created when I was on the board as well. That seems like decades ago… and yet, yesterday.

    I hope you ladies have found the healing from this site like I did. I came here during my darkest days and the ladies of this board were my saviors. They helped me heal and process my loss, they validated my feelings and made me laugh when I never thought I would again. We became a family of sorts. 

    And if you don’t mind me inserting a bit of perspective, I can tell you that with time you too will heal. Today is the 6th anniversary of my daughter passing, and guess what? I am OK! I was not in the years past, but I am today and I was last year as well.  Being proactive in my healing was key for me. Finding things to honor my daughter and her short life helped me cope. Hang in there.

    Thank you @roxyttandme for sharing your story and words of encouragement for the rest of us here. I'm so sorry for all of your losses. I'm also 37 and just lost my first pregnancy at 13 weeks last month after TTC for over 8 years. This journey is a tough one, but this site has been a wonderful source of strength.
