well this is gross..I accidently swallowed my own vomit. I know, gag. It wasn't much, maybe a tablespoon of it..it was orange juice..
Anyways, anyone know if this could possibly harm the baby?
You're kidding, right?
It's not pleasant for you, but baby doesn't understand or respond to regurgitated food. It's just a mixture of stomach acid & partially digested food material.
If you had swallowed something harmful I could say differently. Your own vomitus? No. Won't harm baby.

Bahahahaha Really? It wasn't someone else's vomit...It was your own. It just went back to where it originated from. Vomit is stomach contents and when you swallow something guess where it goes??? To your stomach!!!
I googled this same question because as FIRST TIME HIGH RISK WHO HAS SUFFERED MISCARRIAGES MOM EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING CAN WORRY YOU and all these responses are truly heartbreaking!!! A simple no it would not harm baby would have Ben HELPFUL. Vomit is VERY VERY acidic when swallowed it BURNS for a while so wondering if it will harm baby is NORMAL response to it. You ladies are very unpleasant and your children probably walk all over you.

I agree. It makes me sad to think that maybe half of these moms commenting rude comments will have daughters. And I hope that if their daughters never have to suffer the judgment of a rude and nasty mother.

I don't think I can have orange juice again now.

It's just gross to reingest it.
And definitely call your doctor ASAP.
And you know what, make sure you get the firemen involved.
Actually just go into the middle of the street and start yelling at the top of the lungs what you did.
Someone will hear you. And someone may help you.
