Low Beta with FET? Anyone else? (BFP mentioned)

I just got my beta results and it was an 18.5 and they like to see it over 100. I go in Thursday for another blood test. Anyone else have this happen and go on to a successful pregnancy? Feeling sad :(

    Hi,  how far along are you?  The most important thing with the levels are they should be increasing.  I was told and my research has showed that your hcg levels should double every 48-72 hours, so its okay if you beta is low that could just mean that its very early when you tested.  Good luck

    Betas for FET are said to always start off low. Mine was 42 the day I tested. Congratulations to you and come join us over in the pregnant after infertility group.

    Mine was 13 at 8dp5dt FET. Barely doubled two days later. Then, four days later, it shot up. My DD is now three months old. :)

    I had my Beta on Monday which was 13DPO, I think, and it was 9.2. Today was my second beta and it was 39, so it more than doubled and my progesterone was 18. My dr.'s are very pleased. I am still very nervous as it is low, but like pp said doubling is what is important not the number. It has to start somewhere!! Good luck

    AMH tested again 1/2013- 1.4!!!!
    IUI #3- 1/14/13 started 200ius of Follistim, 1/20/13 added menopur and ganirelix, IUI 1/25/13. Positive HPT 2/6/13- Beta #1- 193- BFP!!! 2/8/13-Beta#2-426.6
    2/26 ultrasound #1- TWINS!
    Delivered a healthy beautiful baby boy on 10/17/13 10ls. 2 ounces

    TTC #2 
    AMH .75 VERY POOR RESPONDER
    IUI #4 cancelled due to only one egg responding 
    IUI#5 cancelled on CD 10,  (3) follicules were still very small even on 300 IU's of Follistim. Also found fluid in my uterus from C-section scar

    Beta #1 8/10/15 13DPO-   9.2 (fingers crossed this sticks)

    Mine was 21 at 10dp5dt and my DD is now just over 2 years old. GL,

    DOR and AMA
    2/12-5/12: 4 IUI cycles = all BFN;
    7/12: DE IVF # 1 (with ICSI)- 20R, 16M, 14F, 5DT of 2 blasts; 6 frosties = BFN;
    Lupus anticoagulant initially high, then found to be normal on hematology consult;
    Follow up testing in September all clear;
    Started synthroid for "high normal" TSH;
    FET # 1- late October 2012- BFP on FRER; beta # 1- 21(low), beta # 2- 48 (still low), beta # 3- 132, beta # 4- 1,293; beta # 5- 5,606; last beta- over 100,000. First u/s 11/21- heard heartbeat
    12/12- Officially an OB patient!
    Level 2 ultrasound at 20 weeks shows vasa previa and VCI
    Referral to MFM and mandatory c section for delivery
    Beautiful baby girl born at 34 weeks
    Finally home after 15 day NICU stay!
    Trying for sibling: FET # 2- May 2014; beta 5/31, BFN
    FET #3, early July 2014; beta 7/14, BFN
    DE IVF # 2- August 2014; 14R, 13M, 11F, 5dt of 2 blasts (3 AA), 5 frosties = BFN
    FET #4- December 2014, yet another BFN

    Dr. KK work up shows borderline uterine blood flow, elevated NK cells, and MTHFR mutation (homozygous for c677t)

    Added baby aspirin, prednisone, supplements, Metanx, and intralipids

    Switched to large clinic for final attempt; had endometrial receptivity testing in January; FET March 2015 = yet another BFN

    Likely OAD- NBC

    Just wanted to say that I'm in the same boat :-/ First beta (9dpt) was 15. Second beta (11dpt) was 31. So it doubled, but still so low. Next beta is Friday (15dpt). I'm hoping for a high number. I'm a surrogate and my intended parents are desperately hoping that this embie sticks and grows! GL to you.

    Thanks for all the replies. Unfortunately my beta today was only 22, so it is a CP. I'm disappointed but still hopeful. We have one more snow baby waiting, so fingers crossed for next time.

    @Erinann So sorry :-( I tested at home today to prepare myself for my beta tomorrow and the line wasn't as dark as Monday's test, let alone darker. I'm afraid this pg is ending as a cp as well. And my IPs only have one more embie. Hugs.

    IT WENT UP AGAIN!!! 111 and progesterone is 17.5, they think that I am 4 weeks and 2 days, give or take. Ultrasound is scheduled for Monday August 31!
