Surrogate Intro

Hi everyone! I'm happily and very cautiously joining the group. I'm a
surrogate, or gestational carrier, carrying for another couple. Our
frozen embryo transfer was July 30 and I had my second beta today. My
betas are very low but they did double, so my RE is happy. I don't have a
due date yet - first u/s is next Friday. Hopefully the little bean
looks great and we get an official EDD!
About me: I'm a teacher (school starts next week - boo!), happily married for 6 years, two little girls - ages 4 and almost 2. I was very active in my BMB for my girls' birth months. When the groups moved to FB, I jumped off the TB ship. But now I'm back to meet a new group of ladies!
Looking forward to getting to know everyone! :-)

No I didn't know the couple. We were matched! But I certainly know them now ;-)
