Muscle spasms all around stomach?

I am 30 yrs old and currently 14 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. I have been getting very bad charley horse like pains all over my stomach when ever I lay down and move. They are very painful and I don't remember having these pains with my other teo pregnancies. I am only really concerned because I had very very heavy bleeding and clotting around 10 weeks (did not MC) and they started shortly after that. Has anyone else experienced this? I suppose it could be RLP, but I don't remember it ever being this bad, or this early on.

Maybe Braxton hicks? They start earlier with every pregnancy but not usually felt that early. I've been having them for about a month and I'm 23 weeks on baby 2. I had such strong ones I almost went to emerg and when I told my Dr she just shrugged and said it was BH.

I would call the midwife, just to be sure. Could be RLP, and its not unusual to feel braxton hicks this early (iv had then from about week 17). Good luck!
