We have this
toilet seat lock and I've always hated it. It usually takes two hands to open. I look like a drunk person when I wake up at 2am, fumbling around trying to get it open. DS is potty training and there's no way he can get the toilet open to go on his own. I've wanted to take it off for awhile now, but I just don't know how without breaking the arm off/
scratching up the toilet lid/stabbing myself in the eye while trying to pry it off with a knife. Any ideas?
I'm debating on whether I'm even going to put a different lock back on. We never got around to putting one on the downstairs bathroom with our son and it was fine. I'm honestly not concerned about safety as much as dumping and flushing foreign objects down the toilet and ruining it haha.
