Sciatica?

I am 21 weeks and have developed Sciatica on my right side. Any one else experience this or have tips to relieve it? I haven't had rapid weight gain so my doctor believes it is happening from me carrying this little man so low and its putting pressure on those nerves. It's pretty uncomfortable!
