Ectopic? Needing some insight, please

i spotted a few days ago (4dpo) and now I'm having very uncomfortable pain in my lower left abdomen by my hip below my csection scar. I had a tubal ligation about 2 months ago. We have two beautiful children and our youngest one is 4 months old and has special needs. We decided this was best for our family. Another baby would be a blessing but I'm worried it could possibly be ectopic? Any insight? I'm thinking about calling my ob tonight bc the cramping is alarming, especially after the spotting (I never spot..not even during my 2 pregnancies) does anyone have any insight on this?
Im sorry if this isn't the right board but I'm just freaking out a little

If you are 4DPO you can't possibly be pregnant (let alone ectopic).  Spotting can happen for any reason.  Cramps can happen for any reason.  Are you considered high-risk?  Have you had your tubal reversed?
