Chair pads

I'm refurbing a family rocking chair to have in my nursery. Id love to have some really comfy pads to put on it. Any recommendations?

I found comfortable pads for my rocker at At Home, they used to be called Garden Ridge. The pads were meant for outdoor furniture but are really nice.
