Echogenic kidneys

hey everyone!
Trying to channel my anxieties right now. So far my pregnancy has went well. I'm 20 weeks now and at the anatomy scan they found that baby had echogenic kidneys or as some refer to as bright kidneys. Of course, I have worked myself up but have proceeded with a amniocentesis and am waiting for the results. Has anyone else experienced this or been told this and if so what were the end results?
