Every pregnancy is different, if you're a FTM, they tend to show later and feel baby later. Having an anterior placenta could also account for not feeling baby. If your doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't worry.
With my first pregnancy, I lost a few pounds by week 20, I was hardly showing and was not in maternity clothes until week 27 even then they were loose!!! I carried lower too! It will take a while longer for your body to stretch! Enjoy it now!!! I'm on number 2 at 20 weeks and I'm measuring 27-30 weeks! In the belly. I've only gained 5-8 lbs! I know its hard not to feel LO. But soon enough!:)!!!
