BFing schedule for working moms

I just went back to work this week. I've been trying to put my LO on a BFing schedule, but it's not working. My plan was to wake her up at 3AM (even though she will sleep until 4-4:30) to feed, then again at 6am, she will get a bottle at 9 from grandma and then I will BF her at 12 during lunch. Well it's not working out. She doesn't like to be woke up and she won't feed well if I do. If I don't wake her up then she will not be on schedule for me to feed her at noon. Also she is not taking a bottle from my mom, she will just scream :( help....

    You switched her whole routine right? Including starting bedtime 1 hr earlier? How long have you been trying? Maybe cut her night meal a little short? So she wakes hungry?
