Possible hernia?

has anyone had a hernia after csection? I had sort of a squishy spot in my abdomen during my pregnancy and now 2 months PP it is still there and feels like there is a baby foot kicking in that spot. It hurts a lot and today I had some vaginal bleeding. However the pain isn't constant. Anyone else have this? Going to call my OB in the AM.
