Lauri-I'm so sorry I didn't page you back a week or two ago!  I was so excited to read that Audrey is going to be a big sister!!!!!!!!!  That's soooo exciting!!!  Did you tell me when you are due??

Hannah has done GREAT with Gavin.  She has some moments of jealousy, but for the most part, she's so excited to be a big sister.  Probably about a month before the baby was born, I bought two books and started reading them to her.  One is called "The New Baby" by Mercer Mayer from his (it's a guy right??) monster series.  The other one is by Dr. William & Martha Sears called "What Baby Needs".  This one is based on attachment parenting.  I highly recommend the Sears book cause it paints a good reality picture for them, as well as some tips for parents.  She still loves reading both of them.  Here are links to the two books:

We had DH's parents stay with her while we were in the hospital.  She did fine when we got home.  The first time she came to the hospital, she wasn't sure what was going on, but she quickly warmed up to Gavin.  She loves giving him kisses and hugs, and asks frequently to hold him.  It's been a really wonderful experience!
