I'm drinking a cup a day, though I'm looking for a good iced tea recipe for it since I would drink more if it wasn't so hot out. Hot tea in the middle of summer is not ideal. I've heard amazing benefits from it, so I would suggest giving it a try!
I think that earth mama angel baby third trimester tea is red raspberry? Helps get your uterus ready for labor. It's delicious I love how the benefits sound but my fiancée doesn't want me to risk drinking it again because the day after I did the first time I ended up in the hospital.
I am! I made a big batch, sweetened it with natural maple syrup, put it in the fridge and add a lemon wedge when I want to drink it. I'm enjoying it, the benefits seem great, even if only a couple of them are true it'll still be worth it
I'm enjoying two iced cups a day. My midwife said it doesn't cause labor, just softens the cervix. I'm going to up the number of cups on her recommendation the closer we get to 40.
@GeorgiaDottie , you can drink it with GD. Either keep it unsweetened, or just use your sugar substitute. But it's just plain tea so no consequences for GD
I finally got around to making it into iced tea. Much easier for me to drink I've found.
6 tea bags in 5 cups boiling water. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and dissolve. Add one lemon cut in half and let steep for ten minutes. Remove bags and lemon. Let cool and refrigerate.
You can adjust the water and sugar to taste. It is very sweet I found so I might not add as much sugar next time.
I got the Earth Mama Angel baby Third Trimester one this week and have been drinking one or two cups a day for past 5 days. I love it! I just use one Stevia packet to sweeten it a little and it's perfect for me. I think it's yummy.
