Sorry to hear about your home issues.

I am already thinking about how I can stay home and quit teaching starting next year.  Half of my income will go to child care and transportation costs anyway.

I did not pay the repair. I had to pay $70 for the service call but you can replace a dishwasher for $500. What ticks me off is that it's not old! We bought it in 2011. Its a Samsung and I did call Samsung and let them know that their product is a piece of poo!

@jerseygirl227 nope! I actually half expected them to try and retain me but I think they knew I probably wouldn't accept. I was still kind of offended that they did t try. lol.
