Ovulation or No?

Hi Everyone! Please help me figure out if I ovulated! I am going crazy, the TWW is absolutely terrible and I usually never test right until 3wks, which is more unbearable! Anyway, I don't know if I even ovulated and therefore I don't know if I should have hopes or not. I had two mc this year, and after testing for fertility issues, found out I had a thyroid issue. I started taking medicine for that, which is now normal, but didn't ovulate last cycle. This cycle, my OPK had only a faint line, but I read up and learned that you should test at 2-8pm, and I tested at 8am. I am not sure if I had tested later if it would have been a stronger line. Also, I had my progesterone tested 7dpo, and it came back as 5.6, LOW. Now, I am on progesterone supplements as well, which mimic pregnancy symptoms. My question is, is it in the realm of possibility that I ovulated? Or is everything too low, and I didn't? Any input would help me out soooo much, again, I'm going crazy, and so is my husband!!!

Sorry, but I would say that you haven't ovulated. If your level was that low then it's unlikely you ovulated. Do you normally have any symptoms when you ovulate? That will help you tell.
I know how you feel! I ovulated for the first time in a year last month & the 2WW was awful..... Still negative for me, but hoping I ovulate again this cycle!

If you don't normally have obvious signs then it will make it harder to know

If you are not sure you ovulated, why are you talking progesterone supplements? Did you doctor advise you to do so after testing? If you don't have a doctor monitoring you, the only way you can confirm ovulation is by taking you basal body temperature every morning at the same time before getting out of bed.

Taking progesterone if you have not yet ovulated will hinder or suppress ovulation. That's how birth control pills work.

**UPDATE** The reason why I was continuing with the progesterone was because my doctor really was not sure if I ovulated; she didn't think so b/c my number was so low, but told me to take just in case. However, I actually AM pregnant, so I am happy that I started to progesterone when I did. My dr actually switched me to vaginal supplements and upped my dosage due to the poor progesterone levels. Now, I'm hoping and praying that this little one makes it to term. Hopefully my low progesterone can give hope to others who are in similar situations and feeling desperate too!
