I'm 35 and 5 weeks with my first. DH and I have been married for 10 years and I think everyone had given up hope that we would have a kid. I guess we just like to take our time.
I'll be 40 when this baby is born and my "babies" will be 15 & 17! Is it just me or does it feel like we're doing this for the first time all over again?
I'm 36 and would be 37 when I have my baby. This is my first. Really excited that I'm not alone in this older mommy thing Love all the positive talks and encouragement.
Congratulations! I'm 35 and pregnant with my third. My boys are 15 and 11. It was a shock to learn I was pregnant considering my husband and I had been undergoing IVF treatments for the past two years and when we decided it would be best to take a break... Surprise!! Of course we are beyond excited. Congrats to everyone!!!
I'm 38 and due with our first babies (twins) in April!!!! It's crazy as we just helped our best friends' son move into his college dorm.... We are at a totally different stage but soooo excited!!!!
I'll be 36 in less than two weeks and Currently 5 weeks pregnant with number 2 after 2 miscarriages this year. I'm definitely in a let's see what happens mode. My little one will be 3 when this baby arrives.
Hi! I am 37 and this is my first. My DH and I were married in February and started TTC right away. Very excited, but a little bummed about being termed "advanced maternal age"...
Hi! I'm 40yrs. Old, have an 8yr. Old son & EDD is April 14th. The first trimester exhaustion is kicking my butt this time around! I'm also on edge with this high-risk category stuff due to age. Needing to see that heart beating!
Hey I'm 39 and will be 40 the month before my baby is due I already have a ds 18 a ds 16 a dd 11 and a ds 9, all boys will have also had a birthday before baby arrives.
I am 35 and having my 3rd. I have 2 girls aged 4&6. I will just turn 36 before this one arrives, but had a 2nd trimester miscarriage in Feb, so cautiously optimistic this time around! Due April 10, 2016 but will likely have baby a bit early via section
Hi everyone ! I'm Heidi, currently 8 weeks with my second . I have a son who is 8 . Will be 39 when this baby comes . Looking forward to sharing the journey with everyone !
Hi, 35 yo with a daughter starting kindergarten tomorrow. Will be 36 yo when I deliver. I had an IUD in since the delivery of my daughter. Removed it in June and got pregnant in July. Was shocked it was so quick....now just thinking I must have had pregnancy amnesia...because this time around seems 100 times worse.
Congratulations! I just turned 41 and my EDD is 4/26. My son is 18, my daughter is 14, and my stepson is 4. I've had two early miscarriages in the last 15 months, so we haven't told many yet and it still doesn't quite seem real. Although my morning sickness is starting to kick in, and that is going to be very hard to ignore!
Just turned 36. I'm six weeks. My fiance has an eight year old daughter and I have three boys 2,6, and 14. So this will be number five for us. Just diagnosed with a sch. Bed rest for two weeks. Any one else have this?

Hi ladies! I'm 36 and am 6 weeks 3 days pregnant with an estimated due date of 4/22. I have a 3.5 year old daughter and our journey to number 2 has been difficult. After a total of 3 miscarriages I'm holding my breath until my next ultrasound in 2 weeks. Looking forward to getting to know you all.
Hi ladies, I am 36 will be 37 when LO arrives in April. This is our first and a surprise. I had always thought I would have to have assistance to get pregnant (they had wrongly diagnosed me with PCOS when I was 18 and I have blood pressure and thyroid issues) so to find out we were pregnant was rather a surprise! We are happy about it of course just in shock!!
Hello, I just turned 40 last Friday. I have a 22 and 19 year old. I had my tubes tied after my second child, got divorced, got remarried, and decided to try again. Had my tubes untied in 2004. That was 11 years ago. I have had two miscarriages in the past 4 years, and praying for better results this time! Our first ultrasound is 9/14 and we are praying!
I will be 36 in five days. Currently 6 weeks 6 days with #3. I have two boys ages 6 and 8. Had an ultrasound this morning due to some spotting and everything looks right on track. Hoping for a happy, healthy 9 months to all!
I'm 36 and pregnant with my first. I was so nervous to see my OB because I thought I would have to undergo all sort of additional tests due to my advanced maternal age but she says she sees so many women 35+ that unless there is a reason for different treatment, she treats all patients the same.
I am, however, getting the genetic testing at 11 weeks and will be finding out the gender as well because insurance covers it Perk of being on the other side of 35!!
My poor fur baby is going to be in for a surprise come April when she isn't the queen of the house anymore!
