My husband works late most nights, so while I'm in the 2WW I have a lot of time on my hands to try not to go insane. One of my favorite things to do, watch HGTV.
Anyways, I'm watching this tiny house episode right now, and it got me to thinking about how people live. Would you ever consider living in a tiny house? How small would you/could you go?
Re: Random thoughts
Our previous house was about 950 sq. ft. I didn't feel cramped in it. I don't think I would want to go much smaller than that though.
The couple tonight had a 150 lb. dog!
I think there is something to be said for living in close quarters with your loved ones.
It takes a lot of patience! Haha! 3:-O
I've lived in a room (with shared kitchen and bathroom), and don't need much space for myself. With family, though...
7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!
fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP!
Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)
When I was in nursing school, I bought myself a 600 sq ft. cabin on a mountain and it worked great for myself, bf and his 12yo son. I learned to be very anti-hoarder. If you don't use it, it goes. If it's sentimental, decorate with it - don't put it away in a big pile. I loved that little house.
I would love to downsize our current 5,000 sq ft house. Every room reminds me that I don't have more children to put in them and visitors/neighbors constantly remind me of that.
