Sore nipples

I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and my nipples are killing me just the sites touch hurts them and they get sore when ever I am in the showerb if i don't keep the water running on them any mommies have ideas to help .

    This is a little confusing as it doesn't really make sense. If your nipples hurt, don't touch them.

    There use to be a cream out there for sore nipples during pregnancy.  I totally forgot what it is called.  Google it to see.  You could also use pads or get some very soft tissue and put at the from of the nipple in your bra.  Padded bras also help out  a little.
