Omg! my doctor only wants me to gain 10-15 pounds with this pregnancy because I'm technically overweight. It's stinky! Also have gestational so I can't even eat like crazy. I'm on a stricter carb diet. Since being 8w I've lost 6lbs!
My prefered cardio is swimmimg, so glad I can keep at it for the whole pregnancy! My husband and I also rock climb, but I will stop when I start showing (the harness will likely be pushing right on my bump).
I gained 50lbs with my last pregnancy and still have 10lbs on me. I am hoping to gain no more than 30 this time and breastfeed for a longer period (better for the baby, my bank account, and my butt). Right now I am just watching what I eat, because with chasing after a toddler, working full time, cooking, cleaning and this extremely tiring first trimester body, I really can't get anything else done.
