For any moms that are successfully breastfeeding, do you massage your breasts the entire time or do you only do it when they seem to be passively nursing?

Only when they are passive, and sometimes not even then. I mostly do it while pumping, to be honest!

I used to do that when he would stop. He did it a lot when we first started. It would get him interested again.

I only do it when pumping because I over produce and it overwhelms my daughter. I've tried massaging while feeding and it just is too much for her.
