Fibroids?

I went in for my first prenatal exam today, I measure at 8w 5d. We noticed a rather large lump in the image and the Dr. Made the comment that it could be a fibroid or 'muscle mass'. She gave me no other information about it, just that she would keep an eye on it. Anyone else have experienced this before? I'd post a picture but have no clue how.
