Important Phone Numbers and Other Information to have on hand for birth

I am trying to put together a list of important phone numbers and other important information as we prepare for the birth of our baby.  Basically I am trying to get together the phone numbers and information we might need from the time labor begins until the time we are released from the hospital.  I will probably put one copy in the hospital bag, and keep another copy somewhere around the house that is easily accessible.  Here is the information I have so far:

• ·         Phone numbers for the hospital, our doula, pediatrician, insurance, close family members, and my boss at work
• ·         Insurance Information
• ·         Birth Plan

Any other suggestions?
