Carpal Tunnel??!

went for a walk today on the beach, half way through my wrist/hand was kinda tingly. Got home and took a nap and woke up because of the pain in my wrist was SO intense. Tylenol plus ice made it manageable.

Now it's almost 5am, I've been up since 3:30, worse pain raidiating into my elbow and I'm starting to feel on my other side.

Only thing I can think of is carpal tunnel.. Anyone else??

I had carpal tunnel my last pregnancy beginning in the 3rd trimester. That sounds about like my symptoms. So sorry, it would wake me up too the pain was so bad. Ob said there is nothing they can do about it. Mine did go away about a month after baby came. Praying to not get that this pregnancy as well.

I have CTS, it's really annoying, wakes me up a few times a night. I also find my toes go numb as well.

I had these symptoms in both wrists starting around week 18. Try applying ice to your wrist(s) during the day and/or at night. You can also get wrist guards from amazon or a drug store that are for carpal tunnel. I've found that on very active days, when I'm not taking enough breaks, it can be worse.

Had this pretty bad last pregnancy. So bad that both of my entire arms would be tingling with the worst pain ever. I slept sitting up like in a recliner for a while but it only helped for a little while. My only relief were the wrist splints. I slept in them every night and was completely pain free. After baby was born it started gradually going away. Completely gone about 2 weeks post delivery.

Omg.. I had CT so bad at the end of my last pregnancy, my hands and wrists basically locked up and hurt so bad to move. I hope it doesn't get that bad for you, but from what I understand it is fairly common in pregnancy.
