Anxiety

I've always had bad anxiety especially about SIDS. And yesterday at the bus stop someone was smoking kind of nearby us. It was the only time anyone's smoked around her but just intensified my anxiety. Anyone relate or am I just crazy

    My LO sleeps through the night - however, I do not. I am constantly up checking on him to make sure he is breathing. SIDS honestly consumes my mind to the point that I am overly cautious with everything. So no, you aren't crazy. At least not in my opinion. Or who knows, maybe we both are crazy.
